The contract which is referred to in this article, and set forth in its entirety elsewhere in this publication, is the Residential Sale and Purchase Contract (version FAR 9), ("Contract") which generally also contains certain Paragraphs from the Residential Sale and Purchase Contract: Comprehensive Addendum (version FAR 10).
